I never had a favorite flower

Until now that is...Addis Ababa means New Flower. The Meskal daisy in Ethiopia symbolizes happiness. I'm the happiest and most blessed I've ever been. I can truly say, my favorite flower is the Meskal daisy or the Yellow Daisy as it's known in America.
I'm enjoying a vase of fresh daisies as I type this.

I have always loved daisies -- but now I know why.

Awww, now I want to copy-cat you. You've inspired me to fill the house up with yellow daisies---thanks Christine!

Here's my favorite:

My mom's daisies here in Dallas come back year after year, even though it says they are annuals. They're pretty, Phoenix loves to bring one home from her Granny's house and put it in a glass on the table.

The tiger lilly is very pretty.
Nati planted a calla lilly and a daisy over the weekend. But he picked a purple daisy not a yellow one.
